How to Make a Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card or by cheque. However, to ensure your payment is correctly allocated it is important to use your unique Enforcement Agent HCS reference number when making payment.

Payment by Debit or Credit Card:-

Call our office on 0300 303 3220 during normal office hours. Alternatively, the Enforcement Agent managing your case is able to take your payment from you either in person or over the phone.

Post a cheque:-

​

When there is no other alternative we may accept a cheque payment by prior agreement.

​

We only accept cheques for the full amount outstanding and do not accept cheques for part payment. We do not accept 'post-dated' cheques.
